A fractional call minute is rounded up to the next whole minute.
A gTalk® customer may chose from four different languages in which he or she wants to hear recorded voice prompts on dialing a gTalk® access phone number. The languages are English, Bangla, Hindi and Spanish.
gTalk® customers may monitor respective gTalk® account activities online on real time basis. Items for monitoring includes time stamped (a) detailed call log, (b) recharges log, and (c) refer a friend reward log.
gTalk® offers 24/7 live customer support service. Customer support includes (a) open new account, (b) recharge existing account, (c) open trouble tickets, (d) technical support, (d) set hot numbers, (e) add new registered numbers etc.
A speed dial number is a numeric number to which a destination telephone number is pre-set by a caller. This allows the caller to avoid dialing the full destination number. The caller has to dial a gTalk® access number followed by the speed dial number to call that destination number.
Every gTalk® customer is assigned a promo code that appears near the bottom right hand side of the customer's gTalk® account home page. If a referee opens his/her first gTalk® account entering the referrer customer's promo code, the referee will receive $2.00 sign-on callable bonus.
